The client pays for the transfer if it's over than 10 miles from the base.

 Kindly request the photoshoot a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the desired shoot date. Rescheduling of the photoshoot without forfeiting the deposit is possible, no later than a week in advance.

 YOUR MATERIALS ARE STORED FOR 6 MONTHS

PLACEMENT, RIGHTS:

By requesting a non-confidential photoshoot, YOU hereby agree that some or all of the redacted works, per my discretion, may be published in my publicly accessible portfolio. Prior to publication, the works will be confirmed with the Client, who shall not withhold authorization but for good cause. If the Client elects for the entirety of the redacted works to remain confidential, the Client shall receive exclusive universal rights to the redacted works. The election can be made privately before the commencement of the work.
